Our Team

Bob brings almost three decades of construction experience to the team. As the director of estimating, he works closely with the owner and consultants to review front-end documents, schematics, design development and value engineering estimates. Bob works to develop and review pre-construction scopes of work with subcontractors and suppliers. He also develops construction schedules based on estimated productions/quantities and product delivery.
